รับชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต, PromptPay, โอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร ผ่านระบบ Stripe ที่ปลอดภัย มีการเข้ารหัสข้อมูลการเงินทุกรายการ

ตรวจสอบความแท้ของการ์ดได้อย่างไร

Accepted Answer

ผู้ขายที่ผ่านการยืนยันตัวตนจะมีเครื่องหมาย Verified Seller การ์ดเกรด PSA/BGS จะมีหมายเลขตรวจสอบได้ เรามีระบบรีวิวจากผู้ซื้อจริง และสามารถรายงานการ์ดปลอมได้

ค่าธรรมเนียมการขายบน BidMyCards

Accepted Answer

ผู้ขายเสียค่าธรรมเนียม 5% ต่อรายการที่ขายได้ ผู้ซื้อไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียม รับเงินภายใน 3-5 วันทำการหลังผู้ซื้อยืนยันได้รับสินค้า

จัดส่งการ์ดอย่างปลอดภัยได้อย่างไร

Accepted Answer

แนะนำใช้ Sleeve + Top Loader + Bubble Mailer สำหรับการ์ดราคาสูงควรใช้ EMS หรือ Kerry พร้อม Tracking Number และซื้อประกันเพิ่ม ผู้ขายต้องอัปโหลดหลักฐานการส่ง

Question 7

ถ้ามีปัญหาหลังซื้อควรทำอย่างไร

Accepted Answer

แจ้งปัญหาผ่านระบบทันทีภายใน 3 วัน รูปถ่ายหลักฐาน เราจะตรวจสอบและประสานงาน หากไม่ได้รับสินค้าตามที่อธิบาย สามารถขอคืนเงินได้

สามารถยกเลิกการประมูลหลังวางราคาได้ไหม

Accepted Answer

ไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ เมื่อวางราคาประมูลแล้วถือเป็นข้อผูกพัน หากชนะการประมูลต้องชำระเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนด มิฉะนั้นจะมีผลต่อ Rating ของบัญชี
