Started watching One Piece, currently at Enies Lobby and want to collect OP cards before scalpers come ruin the fun like they did on pokemon.

Hello everyone, so I started watching One Piece a couple of weeks ago and I'm currently at Enies Lobby and I got that itch to collect cards like I did when I was a kid and collected football cards. So I live in France but I hate french translated cards so I was checking around to see where I can get either English or Japanese cards. Found CardMarket and it seems to be the go to place to buy from other people, when I checked the One Piece section I saw that there's alot of different boosters and I would like to know what boosters are the ones to get. I'm not financially unstable but I still don't want to spend hundreds of euros just for a booster box and I noticed some are around 50€ which doesn't seem to be to bad but I'm new and I don't know how these prices are. I would love to get some tips and tricks on these boxes to buy. And I saw that there's Heroines OP booster boxes too, are they the female only cards or a higher chance for female cards?
