Advice: is this box real / tampered with?

Hi all, Got this box today and was wondering about its quality and authenticity. One thing I immediately noticed is one side has "burn" marks on the plastic. It's coloured yellowish brown. The plastic also has some "holes" and a scratch on the top which looks like it's on the box, not the plastic. Bought through cardmarkets, so wondering if this is fine. It's the first time I'm handling a op01 box so I'm unsure if this is common things to see. Bought through cardmarket so can still contest the purchase. Can you please advice on the state of this box?
