Is this dust or factory error?

Got this card recently at a show a few weeks ago. Didn’t realize it was there probably overlooked it as dust. I tried to use a wet q-tip but didn’t come off any other suggestions or just leave it alone? submitted by /u/Astrolvl [link] [comments]
