Missing Oricorio Promo from sealed best buy UPC🥲one pack not even in the sealed packaging for the rest of the packs

Genuinely so bummed bro, I was looking forward to this UPC and told myself Id be okay with it being opened because I can probably afford another one in the next month and even if the packs were mid Id just be content to have two super sick promos... and I cant even take solace in that man, and if Im just being honest I was looking forward to the oricorio way more than charizard as Ive raised parakeets in the past and am a fan of funny dancing animals in general especially birds.
