P-006 Luffy: any physical difference between Tournament Pack and Retail promo?

I’m seeing PSA 10 slabs of P-006 Luffy labeled both Tournament Pack Vol.1 and Retailer Purchase Campaign. From what I can tell, the cards themselves look identical. I haven’t been able to find any confirmed info on whether there’s any actual print, foil, or color difference, or if the distinction is purely based on distribution/provenance.
