Buggy starter deck tips

I’m trying to build my first deck around the Blue Buggy starter deck. I have a few question and would appreciate some tips. I’m very new to the games don’t have a full grasp yet. Should I buy two of the starter decks? What cards should I add to improve the deck? Is this one of the better starter decks? Would I be better off just building an Imu deck? I have heard it’s meta.
