Card Help Needed

Need a Vaporeon Ex, I've googled it and it says theres one on the app but when I went the deluxe pack points exchange shop to look its not there at all. Im highly confused atp, Im working on the set of 'eon' family members and all I need is Vaporeon and Umbreon Ex but I can't find Vaporeon to wishlist it 😔 Any help at all would be lovely and I do have cards to trade, maybe not specifically what you want and or need but if you have extras I'd be beyond grateful. Eevees in the group cuz the og name of eevee was eon and I needed a 9th space filler theres only 8 "eon" family members.
