Bulk / Duplicate Storage

I’m pretty new to the hobby and was wondering how everyone stores cards that aren’t going into binders yet. Right now I’ve got most of my cards organised by set in an Omnihive, with duplicates stored separately. The idea was to eventually sell or give away the dupes, but now I’m questioning whether it’d just be easier to keep everything together in the same box.
