Booster boxes?

I haven't seen a booster box out in the wild in over two years. I've caught restocks from lots of places, but never seen one. How are the resellers getting these? Never seen one while getting stuff from GameStop, best buy, Walmart, dollar stores, Sam's club, and I guess that's all I've gotten packs from.
