Just pulled these 2, why 2 different artworks?

Sorry im new to the space but wondering if they are the exact same pokemon and both basic evolutions, why the two different artwork? Is one worth more than the other? If so let me know please. I did reverse image search each one individually and it looks like plenty people have them, so i dont think its worth grading....unless....?
