“Impossible” TCGP pack from a year ago

I don’t know fully how this community will react to the pocket game, but I wanted to show off and hopefully someone can point out what exactly happened for this pack of Genetic Apex to behave this way (rare card cannot be on 3rd slot in a normal pack).
