Broken binder pages, how to fix?

Hey, I have a problem with my binder, as you can see the plastic card holders are not holding well. They are like this on both sides of the page, the sides are connected but the inside parts for some reason are not sticking together. I don't really have the money to buy a new binder rn and it's really bugging me. Is there a way to fix this? I was thinking of just sewing it with a needle (it will be a little visible but I don't mind) and I don't think using glue or hot iron is possible. If nothing works i might just cut out the whole page but im worried it might mess up the rest of the binder (pages not holding well or something).
