Is this the prerelease or just regular holo?

Picked this card up at a card shop after trading some cards I had from the DP era. The guy selling it didn’t say anything about it being the prerelease so I definitely don’t think it is. However, after searching online, the prereleases all look exactly like mine. Seems like maybe the prereleases were holo just from searching on google.
