Manga Card Origins

Just for funsies (and to win an argument) I’ve been trying to prove to a buddy that all the primary images on Manga cards are from original Oda art either in the manga, or on a cover page or color spread. Ex. Gear 5 manga is from the volume cover for 105) I’ve tracked them all down, aside from the 3 here, Rayleigh, Chopper, and the most recent Luffy. (And Uta obviously since she’s from a movie) The only place I’ve seen Rayleigh is on his vivre card, and chopper I’ve only been able to find in a tweet from Odas team as a twitter icon, no leads on Luffy at all.
