Just pulled this out of my first 6 packs since ~1999. I'm travelling Japan so took the opportunity to grab some packs from the Pokemon Center. I didn't even have a sleeve.. The only thing I can notice is that the cut on the bottom has very slight jaggedness when looked at from the side, otherwise to me everything looks good. Should I send it and try go for a 10?
