Could this beccket 10

Someone is selling the promo cards, a bit of a premium and I just really want to trade them. I definitely think this can PSA 10 but I wanted to try back it because like I haven’t grade with packet and I think it’d be really cool for my personal collection, I wanted to display it but it be pretty sad to come back in at nine. Five so do you guys think come back at 10 or maybe even black label?
