Would this be MP or HP?

Going through my collection to add into Collectr and trying to label the condition of all of my cards properly so I can decide which to grade. I’d love to send this one in if it’s closer to MP for personal reasons (I know it won’t get a high grade) but I’m torn on this one. Is this bad enough to be HP?
