Learn how to complete payment for your purchases

Payment Methods

BidMyCards currently supports two payment methods:

Transfer directly to seller's bank account

Instant transfer via PromptPay QR code

After winning or purchasing, go to Dashboard → My Purchases. Expand the item to see seller's payment information (bank account or PromptPay).

Transfer the exact amount shown (item price + shipping cost) to the seller's account or PromptPay.

After transferring, take a screenshot of your payment slip and upload it as proof of payment. Click 'Attach Payment Slip' and select your image.

The seller will verify your payment (usually within 24 hours) and confirm it. You'll be notified once confirmed.

You must upload your payment slip within 60 minutes (1 hour). If you don't pay on time, the transaction will be automatically cancelled.

Transfer the EXACT amount - incorrect amounts may cause delays
Upload a CLEAR payment slip - blurry images may be rejected
Keep your payment slip until the item is delivered
If seller rejects your slip, you'll receive a notification with the reason. You can then upload a new slip.

Wait for seller to mark as shipped
Receive tracking number
Track your shipment
Confirm receipt: Once you receive the item, click 'Confirm Receipt' to complete the transaction.
