Learn how to properly package and ship items to buyers

When to Ship

Ship items after you've confirmed the buyer's payment. The order will be in the 'Ready to Ship' tab.

Packaging Tips

  • Protect the card: Use card sleeves, top loaders, or card savers
  • Prevent bending: Add cardboard backing for extra protection
  • Waterproof: Use plastic bags or bubble wrap mailers
  • Mark fragile: Write 'FRAGILE' on the package

Marking as Shipped

Go to Ready to Ship

In Dashboard → My Sales, find the order in the 'Ready to Ship' tab.

Click 'Mark as Shipped'

A dialog will appear asking for shipping details.

Add Tracking Number

Enter the tracking number from your shipping carrier (optional but recommended).

Add Notes (Optional)

Include any helpful information for the buyer (e.g., 'Sent via Kerry Express, expect delivery in 2-3 days').

Confirm Shipping

Click 'Confirm Shipping'. The buyer receives a notification and can track their package.

Tracking Numbers

Always provide tracking numbers when possible. They reduce buyer anxiety and disputes, and help prove delivery if issues arise.

After Shipping

Completing the Order

The order is completed when the buyer clicks 'Confirm Receipt'. This updates the status to COMPLETED.

Auto-Review System

After 7 days, if the buyer hasn't left a review, you automatically receive a 5-star review. No complaints = satisfied customer!

Stay Available

Be ready to answer buyer questions about delivery. Quick responses build trust and lead to better reviews.
