Understand payment deadlines and what happens if you miss them

Critical: 60 Minutes to Pay

After winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have ONLY 60 minutes (1 hour) to upload your payment slip. This deadline is strictly enforced.

When Does the Countdown Start?

The 60-minute payment deadline begins immediately when:

You win an auction
You click 'Buy It Now' on a listing
A seller accepts your offer

Countdown Timer

You can see the exact time remaining in your Dashboard → My Purchases. A countdown timer will show you how much time is left to upload your payment slip.

What Happens if I Miss the Deadline?

If you do not upload your payment slip within 60 minutes, the following will happen automatically:

Transaction Cancelled

Your transaction will be automatically cancelled. You will NOT receive the item and will need to purchase it again if still available.

Stock Restored

The item will return to the available inventory. For Buy It Now listings, the quantity will be restored. For auctions, the listing will become active again.

⚠️ No Exceptions

The 60-minute deadline is enforced by an automated system. There are NO exceptions or extensions. If you cannot pay within 60 minutes, please do not bid or purchase.

Best Practices

Have payment ready: Before bidding or buying, ensure you have funds available and access to your mobile banking app.
Act immediately: After winning or purchasing, go straight to your dashboard and complete the payment.
Keep slip ready: Take a clear screenshot of your payment slip and have it ready to upload.
Check timer: Monitor the countdown timer in your purchases tab to know exactly how much time remains.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I get an extension?

A: No. The system does not allow extensions. Plan accordingly.

Q: What if I transferred but didn't upload the slip?

A: Unfortunately, if the slip is not uploaded within 60 minutes, the transaction will still be cancelled. You should contact the seller directly to arrange a refund.

Q: Can I buy the item again after cancellation?

A: Yes, if the item is still available. However, for auctions, you may need to wait for it to be relisted. For Buy It Now items with stock, you can purchase immediately.
