How It Works
You Ship the Item
When you mark an order as "Shipped" and provide the tracking number, the 7-day countdown begins.
Buyer Can Review
During this period, the buyer can leave a review at any time. The review can be 1-5 stars with optional comments.
Auto-Review Triggered
If no review has been left by day 7, the system automatically creates a 5-star review for you. You'll receive a notification about this.
