What to do when your items arrive

Tracking Your Order

After the seller marks your order as shipped, you'll receive:

  • Tracking number (if provided)
  • Shipping date
  • Seller's notes about shipping
  • Notification in your dashboard

When Your Package Arrives

Inspect the Package

Check if the package is in good condition. Look for any signs of damage.

Open & Verify Contents

Carefully open the package and verify the item matches the listing description. Check for:

  • Correct item
  • Condition as described
  • No damage
  • All parts/accessories included

Confirm Receipt

If everything is correct, go to Dashboard → My Purchases and click 'Confirm Receipt'. This completes the transaction.

Item Is As Expected

  • Click 'Confirm Receipt' in your dashboard
  • Leave a review for the seller (optional but appreciated)
  • Transaction marked as completed

Item Has Issues

If there's a problem with your item:

  1. DO NOT confirm receipt yet
  2. Take photos of the issue
  3. Contact the seller via Chat immediately
  4. Explain the issue and share photos
  5. Try to resolve with seller first
  6. If unresolved, contact admin support

Auto-Review System

If you don't leave a review within 7 days after the seller ships, the system automatically gives them a 5-star review. This assumes no complaints = satisfied customer.
