Supported Payment Methods
BidMyCards currently supports two payment methods for transactions between buyers and sellers:
Bank Transfer
Direct transfer to seller's bank account.
Sellers provide:
- Bank name (e.g., Kasikorn Bank, SCB)
- Account number
- Account name
How buyers pay:
- Use mobile banking app or ATM
- Transfer exact amount to seller's account
- Save payment slip
- Upload slip as proof
PromptPay
Instant transfer via PromptPay QR code (Thailand only).
Sellers provide:
- PromptPay number (phone or ID card number)
- Account name
How buyers pay:
- Open mobile banking app
- Scan QR code (shown in transaction)
- Verify amount and recipient
- Confirm transfer
- Upload payment slip
No Transaction Fees
BidMyCards does not charge any transaction fees. However, your bank may charge standard transfer fees.
For Buyers
After winning an auction or buying a Buy It Now item:
- Go to Dashboard â My Purchases
- Expand the transaction to view payment details
- Choose your preferred payment method
- Transfer the exact amount (item + shipping)
- Upload your payment slip within 60 minutes (1 hour)
For Sellers
To receive payments, add your payment information:
- Go to Dashboard â Profile Settings
- Scroll to 'Payment Information'
- Select payment method (Bank Transfer/PromptPay)
- Enter your account details
- Save changes
Payment Safety Tips
For Buyers:
- Only transfer through the platform
- Verify recipient name matches seller
- Always upload payment slip
- Never send money outside the platform
For Sellers:
- Double-check payment slips carefully
- Only ship after confirming payment
- Keep records of all transactions
