How to Leave a Review

Access the Review Form

After receiving your item, go to Dashboard → My Purchases. Find the completed transaction and click the 'Review' tab.

Rate the Seller

Select 1-5 stars based on your experience:

⭐ - Very poor experience
⭐⭐ - Poor
⭐⭐⭐ - Average
⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Good
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Excellent!

Write a Comment (Optional)

Share specific details about your experience. Good reviews mention:

Item condition vs. description
Packaging quality
Shipping speed
Seller communication

Submit Review

Click 'Submit Review'. It will appear on the seller's profile immediately.

Writing Great Reviews

Be honest and fair
Be specific with details
Stay respectful
Focus on facts, not emotions

Review Guidelines

Reviews cannot:

Contain offensive language
Include personal information
Be fake or misleading
Violate our terms of service

Auto-Review System

Don't have time to review? No problem! If you don't leave a review within 7 days after receiving your item, the seller automatically receives a 5-star review. This assumes that no complaints means you're satisfied.

Review Timeline

Day 0: Seller marks item as shipped
Day 1-7: You can leave review anytime
Day 7: Auto 5-star review if no review
